COVID-19 and the Traffic Light System

How we will operate under the Traffic Light System

Wellington is presently at orange in the Ministry of Health’s Traffic Light System. All our staff are vaccinated for your health and safety.

When you visit us:-

* We have the Governments COVID QR code available for you to scan for contact tracing purposes.

* You will be asked to sanitise your hands on entry to the spa and to sanitise on exit before using the lift.

* All rooms will be fully sanitised before and after each client. We will be leaving a 15 minute gap between clients so we can thoroughly sanitise each room. 

* You may be asked to stay in your car or outside the spa until we contact you by phone or text message. This means you can go into a fully sanitised treatment room without waiting.

* All therapists will wear masks and you will be offered a mask to wear and keep for any future appointments.

* We will sanitise the EFTPOS machine and front desk area before and after each client.

* We may ask you the day before your appointment if you feel unwell when we text you to confirm your booking. If you are unwell we can reschedule your appointment.

* We may also ask you some questions on the day of your appointment - such as have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19. We will also keep your contact details and time of appointment for Ministry of Health contact tracing purposes.

* We will also develop a full set of procedures for staff to follow to ensure all NZ Government health guidelines are adhered to.
