Cancellation Policy

Qubu Day Spa is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. However when a client cancels without giving enough notice, this prevents another client coming and leaves us with unfilled time.

Clients will be charged for 50% of scheduled service if less than 24 hours notice is provided to us.

 Clients that do not show for an appointment and do not give any notice of cancellation will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled service.
